①We accept the production of various products. You can contact us first, and we will inform you about the material and application scope of the product, as well as whether it meets your requirements. You may also provide images or physical samples.

②After the order is confirmed, a 30% payment is required as an advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment can begin. [For samples or orders, the production starts only after receiving the advance payment. Please understand this!]

③If the customer requests a custom new product and we do not have the molds, the customer must bear the mold cost. If your order volume is large, the mold cost can be refunded.
