Purchasing Terms  

Due to the camera shooting and computer display reasons, there may be color differences between the actual goods and the pictures. If you have any requirements for the color, please contact us in advance. Otherwise, we consider it acceptable to accept the possible small color deviation. Please understand the inconvenience and forgive!

Due to the large fluctuations in raw materials, coupled with the competitive malignant quotes from peers on the internet, our product prices cannot be presented with great precision to our customers. The prices marked here are for reference only! Please contact us for confirmation!
 
Shipping and Handling Instructions
1. In general, all our wholesale goods are sent to the freight department (most directly or via transfer to cities at or above the county level across the country). After the goods arrive in your city, the freight company will call you to notify you to pick up the goods. Freight is usually calculated based on the number of pieces (as long as it is not too heavy or loose products, some regions are calculated by the weight of the goods.) The specific reference is the freight company's charging standards. Customers who send freight, the freight is paid to the freight company when you pick up the goods, you just need to pay the goods when you pay us.

2. If there are any special requirements, such as a specified freight department, please indicate when placing the order, and we will ship to the freight department you specify.

3. For small-volume or low-volume wholesale orders, if the quantity is low, the courier fee will be paid based on the charges by the courier company.

4. Local pickup is available for same-city customers.
 

After-sales service

1. If you encounter any problems during the purchase process, please contact us by phone, QQ, or email. We will discuss with you various issues encountered during the shopping process.

2. If the goods are not received on time within one week, we will immediately check upon receiving the customer's inquiry and provide the most timely response to the customer regarding the corresponding issues.

3. If any damage occurs during transportation, we will not assume any responsibility for the loss, but we will do our best to pack the products carefully and communicate with the freight company to minimize the transportation losses to the greatest extent possible.

4. We deliver the goods in a timely manner, and we do not assume any responsibility or compensation for losses caused by the delay in the delivery time of the freight company.
