Photocopy stamp refueling method

 1. The refueling method for a few times: Some stamps may only be used to cover a few times in one go.

If you add too much ink, it's a waste to leave it there, and over time, the ink will evaporate and thicken, which can actually harm the ink pad. Therefore, add a little ink before using it in small amounts, which is both economical and protective for the ink pad.

Oil method: remove the seal cap, let the face of the character face up, apply a small amount of photocopying ink to the border, font, and five stars of the seal (image), wait for the oil to slowly penetrate, and then apply a suitable amount of oil a few times according to the situation. Then use a clean soft cloth or tissue paper to wipe away the excess oil, and you can use it immediately.

2. When the amount of use of the photocopying stamp is large, the oiling method on the top is no longer available. You should oil from the oiling port at the lower part of the stamp handle.

Method: Place the seal on the desk with the handle facing up. Pull the oil filling opening cover at the bottom of the handle. Take a small bottle of ink (if it's a large bottle, it's best to use a syringe or similar device), and align the tip of the bottle mouth with the oil filling opening. Drop by drop, add ink to the seal. If the oil filling opening is too small for the seal to be added smoothly, you can slightly shake the seal to allow the oil to naturally flow in. Generally, there is a sponge-like storage oil body in the light-sensitive seal, which will temporarily absorb excess oil. Later, it will slowly penetrate to the light-sensitive pad. So when using the seal sparingly, don't add oil this way!

Three, there is another way to refill the ink, which is to remove the photoconductive pad and place it into the ink. The ink should not exceed the thickness of the photoconductive pad, allowing the pad to slowly absorb the ink.
