1. Product Features
SINWE®605 Series is a two-component, fast-curing transparent product.
Epoxy AdhesiveCan be cured at low temperature or room temperature, with fast curing speed; the bonded strength is high, the hardness is good, and it has certain toughness; the cured product has good acid and alkali resistance, good moisture-proof, water-proof, oil-proof, dust-proof performance, and is resistant to heat and humidity and atmospheric aging; it has good electrical insulation, compression resistance, and high adhesion strength and other electrical and physical properties.
Section Two: Scope of Application
1. All electronic products or other products that need to be quickly bonded and fixed can be used;
2. Widely used in the adhesion and fixation of electronic components and crafts, gifts, for the encapsulation bonding between metals, ceramics, wood, glass, and hard plastic materials, it has excellent bonding strength;
3. Not suitable for adhesive bonding of elastic or soft material products.
Section 3: Usage Method
1. The area to be adhered and sealed must be kept dry and clean.
2. Measure the amount according to the ratio, and mix the A and B agents thoroughly to ensure complete curing; avoid incomplete curing.
3. After mixing thoroughly, please immediately inject the glue and use it as much as possible within the usable time;
4. During the curing process, please clean the containers and utensils used in time to prevent the glue from hardening on the tools and items.
Attention:
1. This product will begin to cure upon mixing, and its viscosity will rapidly increase, along with the release of heat;
2. Note: The product cures very quickly, so please try to reduce the amount of adhesive mixed at one time! The more adhesive mixed together, the faster the reaction will be, and the faster the curing speed will be, and it may also accompany the release of a large amount of heat. Please pay attention to controlling the amount of adhesive mixed at one time, because the reaction will accelerate, and the usable time will also be shortened. The mixed adhesive liquid should be used as much as possible within a short time;
3. A very small number of people may experience mild skin allergy after prolonged contact with adhesive liquid, with mild itching and pain. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using the adhesive and, if it sticks to the skin, use acetone or alcohol to wipe it off, and then clean the skin with a cleaner.
4. Before using in large quantities, please first try a small amount to master the product's usage techniques, to avoid any mistakes.
Section 5: Storage and Packaging
1. This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, shaded, and dry place, sealed, with a shelf life of twelve months. If the product has expired, it can still be used after passing the test if it is qualified.
2. Packing specifications are 50ml per group, 2, 10 or 40kg, including main agent 1, 5 or 20kg/barrel, curing agent 1, 5 or 20kg/barrel.
