Operation method

1. Diagonal pull overload is strictly prohibited.

2. Power operation other than manpower is strictly prohibited.

3. Before use, make sure that the parts are in good condition, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.

4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. The lifting chain should be hung vertically.

5. The operator should stand on the same plane with the hand sprocket and pull the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket rotates clockwise, and the weight can be lifted; Pull back on the chain and the weight will fall slowly.

6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly forbidden to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid serious accidents.

7. During the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, the force should be uniform and gentle when you pull the chain.

8. If the operator finds that the tension of the hand is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure, in case of falling accident.

9. After the weight has landed safely, take the underarm of the hoist and lower the hook.

10. After use, take it lightly and put it in a dry and ventilated place.
