Product quality issues:

Whether with a protective battery or not, if the device is left idle for a long time, it is necessary to maintain the battery charge to prevent self-discharge, which could lead to battery damage.
If there are no problems with the goods within 24 hours after receipt, it will be considered normal. If problems with the battery are found after 24 hours, the warranty will not be provided. Please buyers must pay attention.

Received incomplete goods:
The buyer must confirm the integrity of the packaging before signing for the goods, and only after confirming there are no errors can the signing be completed!
Under the assumption that the packaging is intact, if the buyer finds that the goods are missing, please follow the following steps:
