Copier paper is a specialty in the office paper industry, with a smooth and refined matte surface that provides vivid and realistic colors and sharp black text effects. It is the ideal paper for presentation drafts, reports, and plans, suitable for all types of creative and commercial uses, with a high quality and reliability guarantee.
Special performance, seven major advantages:
1. Good paper feeding function - Precision humidity control during production ensures that the paper remains flat during copying, reducing paper jamming.
2. When copying, the paper is smooth and clear, which is conducive to the perfect transfer of the original color tone, making the copied documents look real like the original.
3. Time-saving and convenient: The paper is cut by a modern rotary knife machine, which is clean, neat, and accurate. The paper does not adhere to each other, reducing the double-layer feeding and jamming phenomena of the copier, thus saving working hours and improving work efficiency.
4. The paper has a pure white and shiny surface. By using high-quality raw materials and modern production technology, high-quality paper is produced, thereby making the printed characters clearer.
5. Extending the service life of the copier: The reduction in dust content in the paper due to the lower cutting angle with no hairline edges, combined with the smooth paper surface, significantly reduces the wear and repair frequency of the copier.
6. Dual-sided use - Save paper and money - High-quality raw materials ensure that the paper has good opacity, reducing light penetration, making it possible for dual-sided copying without affecting each other.
Basic Selection Principles:
1. Paper Quality
Paper can be white or colored, but to ensure smooth feeding, the paper must be clean and precisely cut. You may find that some cheap paper is not precisely cut, and the size of the paper may deviate by 2-3 millimeters from the size declared on the packaging. Similarly, cheap paper may be full of dust. It is important to avoid these issues.
2、Paper Weight
When printing, the paper must pass through a precise paper path. Therefore, paper that is too light or too heavy may refuse to enter the printer. Therefore, paper that is too light or heavy is usually not suitable for most printers, which can lead to frequent paper jams. Most laser printers are designed to use paper weighing about 70-90 grams per square meter, or in U.S. units, 20-24 pounds. Some laser printers use paper weighing 60 grams per square meter, but this is an exception rather than a universal phenomenon.
3、Paper Condition
All paper must be kept clean, as damp paper cannot be correctly fed into the machine and may tilt or fold in the paper path. Print quality on damp paper is usually poor. On laser printers, damp dots may appear blurry (or may not show up at all). In all cases, the paper should be dust-free to prevent contamination of the printer's mechanical components. Always use new paper (especially after the printer has been idle for a long time).
4. Paper surface and curling
All paper naturally exhibits a slight tendency to curl, which is due to the fact that paper is typically stored on large rolls prior to cutting. The direction of the curl (the preferred surface for printing) is generally marked with an arrow on the packaging of the paper. Most laser printers require the paper to be placed with the curled side facing up (printing on the other side), which helps to reduce the occurrence of paper jams and paper feed issues.
