【Light Strip Introduction】

1. The light strip uses high-quality chips, with high luminous intensity, wide angle, excellent quality, and stable performance. Tested under the environment of 25℃ temperature, 65% humidity, and 20mA current: the average light decay of white light is no more than 4% after 2500 hours, and the average color temperature drift is no more than 3%.

2. The light strip is composed of three LEDs in a series circuit, and can be cut at the indicated positions along the scissor line on the PCB to meet the length requirements.

3. The substrate is made of soft PCB board, which has high flexibility and can be bent at will. It is suitable for installation in uneven and narrow spaces and is particularly suitable for surface decoration of circular/irregular-shaped design objects.

4. A wide range of colors are available, including red/green/blue/yellow/purple/white/warm white/RGB multi-color options.

5. The product is divided into indoor non-waterproof bare boards and outdoor/outdoor waterproof light strips. The waterproof grade includes IP65 (surface drop glue), IP67 (silicone sleeve), and IP68 (U-shaped tube drop glue).

Installation Instructions and Precautions for Light Stripes

1. This product is a constant-current low-voltage component (DC12V/24V), please connect the corresponding low-voltage power supply or purchase a transformer switch power supply to avoid damage to the light strip from strong voltage shocks.

2. When installing, peel off the genuine 3M double-sided tape on the back of the product and stick it to the location where it is to be used. It is convenient and reliable.

3. When installing, it should be avoided as much as possible for the LED light beads and resistors to be located exactly at the bending point of the light strip, to prevent the light beads and resistors from being soldered off, leading to some light beads not being lit.

4. When matching the transformer power supply, it is necessary to understand the maximum current that the circuit board can withstand, and then consider how to integrate the series and parallel installation. It is recommended to use in parallel when it is used normally; when using in series, the connection length should not exceed 5 meters, to avoid insufficient voltage leading to insufficient brightness of the light strip.

 Installation Method: Connect the positive poles of the four light bars to each other, and connect the negative poles to each other (with different colored power cables to distinguish them). Combine the positive and negative power cables to form two main power cables. Pass these through the car's undercarriage from the bottom of the engine to the front. Connect the positive and negative power cables of the car's front small light to the power cables of the car's front small light. At night, control the undercarriage lights by switching on the small light. Alternatively, connect the power cables to the battery. One power cable goes into the cab to install a separate small control switch, and then returns to the battery separately.
