1. About the minimum order quantity
Our store requires a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces for some products. Some styles and colors are shipped at random. If you have a specific style in mind, please contact our customer service, and we will try our best to meet your needs. (Please note that some products do not support mixed orders; for details, please consult our customer service.)
2; About Stock Out
Due to the large daily volume of wholesale goods, there may be temporary shortages or stockouts of certain products. We will send out the products that are in stock first, and for those that are out of stock, we will either refund the buyer's money or send a replacement as per the buyer's request. We will contact the seller by phone to discuss a solution.
"3；About logistics
Orders will be shipped within three days after being placed. Before shipping, we will confirm that the products are sent without damage. The general shipping method is by car transport. The freight is collect (the logistics fee from Yiwu to all parts of the country is very low). If you specify the logistics, please inform us the Yiwu logistics address and phone number, otherwise the shipment will be random. If the pickup point is far away, please do not reject the goods for this reason.
Please make a note or contact customer service if you need to send a courier. The cost is usually higher.
5; About returns and damages during transportation
Transportation carries risks, and we will carefully pack each product, but there may be some damage during transportation. Our store sells wholesale with low profit margins, focusing on volume. If buyers find any quality issues or damage upon receiving the goods, they can exchange or return the items, but the return shipping costs need to be borne by the buyers themselves. The seller will not accept return shipments with payment on delivery. Once a buyer places an order, it is deemed that they have agreed to this policy, and if they cannot accept it, they should be cautious when placing the order.
