Mould CLEANER SPRAY

The mould cleaning agent is prepared by using solvent, dispersant and osmotic agent and can quickly remove grease, oil, color powder and other stubborn stains.Good volatility, no trace;It is especially suitable for removing plastic resin slag, mould anti-rust film and stain when molding.It can effectively remove grease and other industrial stains, and can exert excellent determability on various surfaces such as mechanical parts and factory floor.  

1. Clean the dirt quickly, and the scale is thorough.The cleaning agent has a strong reaction, dispersion or dissolving ability to the dirt, and can remove the dirt thoroughly during the limited period.  

2. No corrosion to metal.  

3. The cleaning process does not remove the insoluble material on the surface of the cleaning object, and does not create new fouling. It does not form a new coating that is harmful to the subsequent process, which does not affect the quality of the product.

4. Cleaning process and site will not produce foam and odor.

Correct usage:

1. Open the mould first, (operate the "open mode" button on the molding machine, and open the mould), shake the spray evenly and evenly spray the spray from 20 to 25 cm.

2. Shake the bottle and spray the cleaning agent evenly. If you have deep hole or slit, you should insert tube.

3. After cleaning the mould, the mould should be blown dry thoroughly.

Note: don't close to fire use, do not allow children to play, don't let the empty cans into the flame, appropriate deposit below 40 ℃ in a cool, ventilated, dry place.
