The concept of lining material and its basic function
1. Concept: Clothing interlining refers to the fabric used inside a garment's certain part, which can serve to tighten and shape the garment, as well as provide support, ensuring that the garment maintains a flat and stiff appearance.
2. Basic Function:
⑴ Ensures the overall structure of the clothing, with clear and straight hems, meeting the ideal design shape requirements.
Maintain the good structural form and stable size of the clothing.
Improve and enhance the processing performance of textile fabrics, as well as their crease resistance and strength.
Ⅳ Improving the warmth of clothing and making it durable and strong.
The characteristics of hot melt adhesive
Polyamide (PA) adhesive interlining: has good adhesive strength and dry-clean resistance, often used in shirts, outerwear, etc.
Polyethylene (PE) adhesive interlining: High-density HDPE has better washing performance, but it requires higher temperature and pressure, and is often used in men's shirts; Low-density LDPE has better adhesive performance, but it is less durable and has poor performance, and is often used for temporary adhesive interlining.
Polyester (PES) adhesive interlining: has good wash resistance, especially strong adhesion to polyester fiber fabrics, often used for polyester simulation fabrics.
EVA adhesive interlining: has strong adhesive properties, but poor wash resistance, often used for temporary adhesion.
