About quality, color, and size

Our products offer high value for money, and most buyers are satisfied. However, there are a few picky buyers who feel that the workmanship is rough, there are flaws, and the materials are not of high quality, which do not meet their expectations. These issues do not fall under quality problems. Due to the wide range of prices for almost all our products, from a few cents to several dollars, dozens of dollars, or even thousands, please do not compare the quality of low-priced items with high-priced ones. For those who are too picky, please kindly avoid our store or choose our higher-value products. We are a wholesale business, not a single retail, and we can only achieve 98% pass rate, not 100% perfection.

All our products are photographed from actual items, and there will certainly be color differences between the photos and the actual items, which is an unavoidable problem. All product sizes are measured manually, and there will definitely be errors. All product weights include the weight of the packaging. Due to different batches of products, there may be weight errors. Therefore, if you are very concerned about the color, size, and weight of the products and require precise descriptions, please consult our customer service in advance. However, if you subjectively believe that the product is too large or too small, or that it is not sellable, due to personal preferences, expectations; the thickness of the material, the softness or hardness of the feel, or that it does not suit you, and there is a gap from your subjective imagination, these are not recognized as quality issues by us. We have the right to refuse.

Upon receiving the goods, if you have any questions, please contact us within 3 days. Please do not rush to leave a negative review without contacting us. We will do our best to cooperate with you to solve the problem. However, we also kindly ask that picky buyers who like to threaten with negative reviews please take a detour.

关于快递和物流

If it's a courier company, most areas in the city and county will deliver the goods to your door. However, some remote areas (townships, villages and groups) require buyers to pick up the goods themselves.
If it's a logistics company, it's generally necessary for buyers to go to the local logistics company's branch to pick up the goods. We will try our best to help you choose the nearest pickup point.

About Receiving Goods

Please make sure to personally sign for the delivery. If you entrust someone else (e.g., the gatekeeper, a friend, etc.), there may be issues such as missing packages, which will be considered the buyer's own responsibility. You cannot claim a refund based on the excuse that you have not received the goods.
The product is packaged in a thick cardboard box, and we always remind the courier and logistics companies to handle it with care during shipping. Please ensure that you inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If there are serious damage, cracks, or opening, please ask the logistics company or courier company for compensation on the spot. If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately. It is best to count the number of items in person with the courier before signing the receipt to use your rights reasonably to avoid any losses.

About after-sales service

Shortage (quantity insufficient upon receipt, no mention of items not shipped):

1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If there are any missing items, please have the transportation company staff sign to confirm. We will compensate for the missing parts by finding the shipping company and compensating you.

For goods worth over 200-300 yuan, please inform us within 24 hours after signing for any missing items. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you have not counted the items within 24 hours or have not informed us of any missing items in time, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time. If there is a shortage due to inventory, we will contact you to try to replace it with a similar style or provide a refund.

Packing Damage: We will do our best to assist the customer with this issue. Please (or other person who received the goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm. Problem 1: If the courier refuses to open the package together to check, the solution is: After you sign the courier receipt, keep it and give it back to the courier after the inspection is complete. Problem 2: If the courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity, the solution is: You can just remember his phone number and name.

About returns and exchanges: Return and exchange conditions -- if the product itself has a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended function or does not meet normal standards, you can apply for a return if the product has not been used and does not affect resale. You must apply for a return or exchange within 48 hours from the time of signing the delivery receipt, and the product must be returned within 24 hours from the time of application. The time is based on the scanning time of the buyer's shipping logistics bill/courier bill.

If there are no quality issues with the product, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the interest of our customers, after friendly consultation with our customer service, and based on mutual compromise and concession, for returns that are not due to quality issues and do not affect resale, we will refund the original price of the goods to the customer after checking the goods. However, the return shipping fee should be borne by the buyer.
