About Receiving Goods
Please make sure to personally sign for the delivery. If you entrust someone else (e.g., the gatekeeper, a friend, etc.), there may be issues such as missing packages, which will be considered the buyer's own responsibility. You cannot claim a refund based on the excuse that you have not received the goods.
The product is packaged in a thick cardboard box, and we always remind the courier and logistics companies to handle it with care during shipping. Please ensure that you inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If there are serious damage, cracks, or opening, please ask the logistics company or courier company for compensation on the spot. If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately. It is best to count the number of items in person with the courier before signing the receipt to use your rights reasonably to avoid any losses.
 

About after-sales service
Shortage (quantity insufficient upon receipt, no mention of items not shipped):
1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If there are any missing items, please have the transportation company staff sign to confirm. We will compensate for the missing parts by finding the shipping company and compensating you.
For goods worth over 200-300 yuan, please inform us within 24 hours after signing for any missing items. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you have not counted the items within 24 hours or have not informed us of any missing items in time, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time. Packing Damage: We will do our best to assist the customer with this issue. Please (or other person who received the goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
