Receiving Standards:

2. All products are strictly tested before leaving the factory. Since they are plastic toys, the quality guarantee for the pass rate is over 98%.

3. Since we ship in full containers through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there is usually some loss due to normal transportation. Each logistics company has an agreement, so please specify the goods you need.
Flow, transportation companies, we do not assume the risk of transportation. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with normal commission fees of 3%-5%.

4. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.
After-sales service
If there are any serious quality problems with individual products that affect their use, please raise them within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our company will arrange for a solution based on the actual situation. If a solution can be provided by providing accessories, we will do so for the customer.
We will send the accessories and the goods ordered together next time; if you need to send back the entire product to solve the problem, please send back the complete product, but the round-trip transportation costs will be borne by the guests. The returned products will wait for the guests.
The next order will be shipped together with this product.
Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances, therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not have a three-pack policy. If any problems arise after use, we will not assume any responsibility.
If within our capabilities, we will help resolve these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the guests. Special products will be handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.

4) Product transportation is beyond our control, therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility for any product issues, quantity, or arrival time caused by the transportation process. However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist.
