Scope of application:

--HbsAg whole blood test strip is suitable for the detection of blood and vein anticoagulation at the end of fingers or earlobes, as well as serum or plasma. This product is especially suitable for the physical examination of healthy people and the preliminary screening of unpaid blood donors. It is also suitable for the report under emergency conditions such as door and emergency.

Sample collection and preparation:
Collection of fingertip or earlobe tips and anticoagulant whole blood:
1. Clean the blood collection site with alcohol cotton.
2. Squeeze the tip of the finger or earlobe to make it congested, and then take blood with a sterilized needle.
3. Wipe with a disinfectant cloth or cotton swabThe first drop of blood。
4. Directly add 2-3 drops of blood samples to the filter paper under the arrow of the test strip, or draw fresh whole blood 120 microliters or more through a straw and add it to the filter paper under the arrow of the test strip.
5. If the whole blood is used for anticoagulation, use a straw to draw 120 microliters or more of the whole blood and add it to the filter paper under the arrow of the test strip.

Detection steps:
1. Before the test, the test strip and all relevant reagents, such as test samples and control samples, should be taken out before use at room temperature. Open the packaging of the test strip after everything is ready.
2. Remove the test paper from the sealing cylinder, place it on the horizontal working table, and fill two tubes of samples (at least 120 microliters) with capillary blood vessels and drop them on the filter paper under the arrow of the test strip. If the analysis speed is relatively slow, the blood can be completely immersed in the drop and 3 drops of diluent.
3. Wait for the results. Strong positive results may occur within 3 minutes, while weak positive results may take a little longerTwenty minutesInternal judgment results.

Result judgment:
1. Negative results: there was a red line in the control area and no red line in the test area.
2. Positive results: there was a red line in the control area and a red line in the test area.
3. If no red line appears in the control area, the test is invalid. This may result from incorrect operation or failure of the detection system.

Sensitivity:
Whole blood HbsAg test strip can be detected as low as 1~2ng/mlHbsAg.
