1、The screen above the visor has 5 holes, corresponding to the central protrusion of the half helmet, and the 4 side knobs. After the knobs are turned to the horizontal position, the screen and the half helmet are inserted and matched, pulled to the side, and the central protrusion of the half helmet is locked. At the same time, the 4 side knobs are turned to the vertical position to fix the screen.
2. The front of the headband has a soft pad, and the back has a large adjustable knob. The top has an adjustable length insertion and fixation device, and the sides have fixed bolts. From the inside to the outside, they are screws, gaskets, and nuts. Loosen them for use.
3. First, ensure that the headband is properly positioned. The screws between the side bolts of the headband and the gaskets can be inserted and fixed. Insert the half helmet into the hole at the rear of the side from the inside, and then screw the cap onto the screws from the outside of the half helmet to tighten and fix it. After both sides are fixed, the assembly process is completed.
4. The adjustment knob located at the rear of the headband must be pressed firmly before it can be rotated to tighten or loosen the horizontal sides of the headband. Meanwhile, the insertion and fixation device at the top of the headband allows for adjustment of the tightness of the longitudinal sides of the headband to fit the individual head circumference.
