1. Frequently removing and washing the insole can prevent odor and avoid bacterial growth.
2. Frequently swapping the wheels on the left and right sides can make the wheels of inline skates more durable.
3. Avoid sliding on rough surfaces, which can extend the service life of the wheels and bearings.
4. Do not replace individual wheels or bearings, as this will reduce the stability of sliding.
5. If the bearing becomes less smooth during sliding or makes a “rustling” sound after prolonged use, remove it and soak it in “stain remover oil” for about half an hour to clean out any impurities. Then apply machine oil or a special bearing oil. This can extend the bearing’s service life.
6. When not in use, the product should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps prevent rusting of components and aging of the product.

3: Are the products listed in stock? What if there is a shortage? All of our items are available immediately for purchase; those displayed as purchasable on the page are indeed in stock, so please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and high daily sales volume, there may be occasional cases where some items are not promptly removed from the list, leading to shortages. We apologize for this. If the factory can produce them quickly, delivery may be delayed by two days. If the factory is too busy to meet the deadline, we will refund you for the items that are unavailable or not shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as you receive your order. We won’t notify you individually; thank you for your understanding!

4: I have already paid. When can the shipment be dispatched? How long will it take to arrive? Since our company handles a large volume of orders daily, we will ship according to the payment order within 24–48 hours after payment. Shipping time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the specific logistics provider. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it usually takes 1–2 days; in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it is generally 2–3 days; in other regions, it is 3–5 days; and in remote areas, it is 4–7 days. Logistics outside the province usually takes 3–7 days! Regarding shipping: all deliveries are collected at 5 PM every evening. Orders placed that day are typically shipped the next day or the day after. (We strive to deliver promptly as there are many orders waiting and many customers who need to reshoot photos or change addresses.) We will arrange the shipment only after everything is ready! 1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping cost. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost. We do not accept expensive carriers such as Deppon and Jiajie, or Tianti Huayu. If these regulations are violated, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. No returns or exchanges will be provided if there are no quality issues.

2. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the item. Kindly fill out the after-sales form to enable us to track your return and handle it promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but no guarantee can be made 100%. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.
4. In the case of sending products not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right to refuse processing all returns and exchanges and have the customer bear the shipping costs, with the goods being returned directly to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: A the product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or missing accessories or related documents; B unauthorized repairs or modifications; C improper use or storage; D color mismatches, especially items beyond the post-purchase service period; E seasonal products will not be refunded after the expiration date (e.g., fans in summer and thermal patches in winter).
6. After-sales service is the most fundamental service of the company. We are willing to provide excellent after-sales support, and it also requires the cooperation of customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging products, and try to comply with the company’s regulations to avoid affecting your after-sales service.

7. As mentioned above regarding the handling of damaged or quality issues products, if the weight does not reach five kilograms, and the customer wishes to return it, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Regarding logistics, shipments are typically sent to other provinces. Yongkang Logistics provides direct delivery across the country; most cities at the municipal level or above receive deliveries, while county-level cities require intermediate transfers. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you, and you will need to collect them in person. Here, we would like to make a special note: the service quality of Yongkang Logistics varies.
