Pre-sale and After-sale

1. Our company mainly deals in wholesale, with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces. Orders below 300 yuan will be sent by express delivery. For customers who do not make special notes, we will ship via logistics and the freight will be collected upon delivery. All products in our store are sold at the actual price indicated, and for mixed batch products, you can purchase each item in quantities of 10 to 20 pieces. You can purchase hundreds of varieties for a few hundred yuan. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there are quality issues. 2. All products will be sent at random, regardless of color, style, or any special requirements.

3. We are engaged in wholesale of goods that cost more than 1 yuan. The quality of our products is medium to low-end, but the quality absolutely justifies the price. You can compare our quality with that of other suppliers and physical wholesale stores. For the same quality, our prices are more affordable! For the same price, our quality is better!

4. The images are for reference only and are fairly close to the actual products, but they may not be exactly the same. After all, not every batch of products is exactly the same, and there will not be significant differences. The goods are subject to the actual product.

5. Due to the large number of daily shipment orders, the shipping personnel cannot check the conversation records one by one. Please write any requirements in the remarks. If there are no remarks, we will consider it as no requirements, and we will not be responsible for the buyer's requests.

6. Generally, the goods are delivered to the nearest unloading point from the customer (if the customer has specified a logistics company, please inform us). Once the goods arrive, the logistics company will call to notify you to pick up the goods, with the freight charges to be paid upon delivery. The specific costs are subject to the logistics company's charges.

(1) The Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region usually charges 5--15 yuan per piece of goods, with a general delivery time of 1--2 days.

The remote direct delivery areas usually cost 20-30 yuan per piece of goods, and it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

When we pack the goods in our warehouse, we will be very careful. Our longtime customers should be aware that we will try our best to pack the items well, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during transportation. If a customer requires us to bear the responsibility for any damage, they must pay an additional 10% damage prevention fee based on the product price. If there is any damage, we will make compensation. If this fee is not paid, we will automatically consider the customer to have waived this requirement, and we will not make any compensation for damage.
