Pre-sales and after-sales service

1. Our company mainly focuses on wholesale. Mixed orders start from 500 yuan. Orders below 300 yuan will be shipped via express delivery. For customers without special notes, we ship using logistics services with shipping fees paid by the customer. All products in our store are sold at the marked prices. For mixed orders, you can pick up as few as 10 or 20 items. A few hundred yuan can cover hundreds of items. There is no return or exchange unless there is a quality issue. Please note this carefully. If the products sell well, we may increase the order quantity!

2. Colors and styles of all products. If there are no specific requirements, they will be shipped randomly.

3. We deal in wholesale products worth more than 1 yuan. The product quality is medium to low, but the quality is definitely worth the price. It can be compared with other suppliers and physical wholesale stores – for the same quality, our prices are lower! For the same price, our quality is better!

4. The images are for reference only and are closer to the actual products, but may not be exactly the same. After all, not every batch of products is identical, so there will be no significant differences. Please refer to the actual products.

5. Due to the large number of shipping orders daily, shipping staff cannot check all chat records individually. Please write any requirements in the notes. Orders without notes will be considered without any requirements, and we are not responsible for the requests made by buyers.

6. Generally, the goods will be delivered to the nearest unloading point for the customer (if the customer has specified a logistics provider, please inform us). Once the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you to arrange pick-up, and the shipping fee will be paid by the recipient. The actual cost will be based on what the logistics company charges.

(1.) In the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, it is generally 5–15 yuan per piece; delivery usually takes 1–2 days.

(2.) In remote direct delivery areas, the price is generally 20–30 yuan per shipment, with delivery taking typically 3–5 days.

(3.) Remote areas where direct delivery is not possible and require transit; typically, the transit fee is 10–20 yuan per shipment, with a delivery time of 5–7 days

We are very careful when distributing goods in our warehouse. Our long-term customers should be aware that we will try our best to pack them properly, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during transportation. If customers request us to bear the damage cost, they need to pay an additional 10% damage prevention fee on top of the product price. If damage occurs, we will compensate; if this fee is not paid, we will assume the customer has rejected this request, and we will not provide compensation for any damage.
