F2# Soft Tube (Quick-Drying Single-Component Adhesive)

     JinRongThis is a high-strength soft universal adhesive that has been successfully developed based on our company's F1# aluminum tube (slow-dry type) adhesive. It not only has the advantages of convenience in use, instant positioning, non-penetration, good flexibility and transparency after curing, water resistance, non-combustibility, and the ability to be painted again, but also specifically increases the bonding strength and shortens the curing time.

Usage:

 This adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding hard materials such as metal, plastic, wood, and is also suitable for point drilling on clothing, textiles, leather, and crafts. It can be widely applied to electronic, rubber, and automotive interior bonding. However, it is not recommended for bonding foam polystyrene, polyethylene, or polypropylene plastic.

Usage Method:

  Large-area adhesive can be opened directly or fitted with a spare small glue head. Small-area adhesive can be squeezed into a small plastic bag in stages, which is more ideal. To prevent the adhesive on the lid from curing naturally in the air, affecting the next use, the packaging lid should be tightened in time.

Notes:

 The surface of the adhesive product should be kept clean, dry, and free of oil stains and dust. Textiles that have been adhered should not be dry-cleaned. Before the formal mass production, a small sample test should be conducted. There should be good ventilation during operation to avoid any irritation to the skin or eyes caused by the solvent vaporization in the glue. Keep away from children and do not consume.

Initial curing time:Room temperature for 5 to 10 hours

Curing Time: Room temperature for 24 to 36 hours, and it takes only 30 minutes at 50 degrees in the oven.

Recommended Temperature: 20~30 degrees

Suggested Storage Temperature: 10~30 degrees
