EXP Advanced Tennis Training 12PS per bag
EXP tennis is made of high-quality rubber and imported chemical fiber needle-punched material.
The ball bag is made of PE material, which is wear-resistant and firm.
Packing quantity: Each box can hold 20 bags (240 tennis balls)
Tennis elasticity for 2.4 meters free fall, 1.3 meters up and down without human power.
Applicable scope: Training for people from all walks of life
1、Tennis production involves a large number of processes, which requires highly skilled personnel and equipment. Even so, there is still a certain range of fluctuation in the air pressure of products produced in the same batch. Therefore, it is always encountered that customers report receiving unopened bags of tennis balls from the same batch, only to find that the air pressure is different when they open them. This situation is more likely to occur with bulk tennis balls.
2. Why tennis balls are pressurized: Pressurized does not mean vacuum-packed, but high-pressure packaging. This pressure protects the air pressure inside the tennis ball, so the degree of air pressure decay is significantly reduced before opening the can.
3. Pressure-free balls: These tennis balls are supported by a bladder, and the internal pressure is the same as that of ordinary atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the elasticity of these balls comes from the bladder itself, rather than the internal pressure.
The products are as follows::
Competition balls (pressurized, unpressurized), training balls (pressurized, unpressurized), soft tennis, children's tennis, short tennis, sticky tennis, colored tennis, keychain tennis, pet balls(zebraPlease provide the Chinese text you want to translate, and I will translate it into English for you.Leopard print and others")Rubber foam balls, rubber hollow balls, rubber rings, furnitureSlashTable and Chair Tennis Socks

The price is determined by factors such as wool, elasticity, and lining, and the price needs to be discussed in detail!
What is chemical fiber?
Fibers made from natural or synthetic polymers. They can be classified into man-made fibers made from natural polymers and synthetic fibers made from synthetic polymers. The preparation of chemical fibers typically involves converting natural or synthetic polymers or inorganic materials into a spinnable melt or solution, followed by filtration, metering, and extrusion from a spinnerette (plate) to form a liquid thread, which then solidifies to form the fiber. This initial fiber is known as a primary fiber and has poor mechanical properties. It must undergo a series of post-processing steps to meet textile processing and use requirements. Post-processing primarily involves stretching and thermal setting to improve the fiber's mechanical properties and dimensional stability. Stretching aligns the molecular or structural units along the fiber axis; thermal setting primarily relaxes internal stresses within the fiber. For wet-spun fibers, post-processing also includes washing, oiling, and drying. For long-strand fibers, the above steps are sufficient for winding into bobbins; for short fibers, additional processes such as crimp formation, cutting, and packing are required.
How to Identify True Wool from Fake: There are many methods for identifying fibers, which can be summarized into two major categories. One category is more intuitive sensory identification methods, and the other category uses various physical and chemical properties of fibers to perform certain tests to achieve the purpose of identification. More commonly used methods include burning methods, microscopic identification methods, and solvent solutions.(1)Sensory discrimination method. This method does not require the use of any items or instruments, relying on *One's own intuition, long-term work experience, and the feel of the fabric and the surface to identify. Due to the unique wool-like excellent characteristics of acrylic fibers, it is difficult to distinguish. But as long as you observe carefully, there are differences. Intuitively, wool products are softer and more elastic, with a heavier weight, soft color, and wool's curling degree is larger than that of chemical fiber plush, and wool's anti-pilling property is usually better than that of chemical fiber plush.
(2) Burning method. Wool products, when burning, smoke and bubbles are produced while burning, accompanied by the smell of burning hair, and the ash is abundant, with a shiny black and brittle block. Acrylic fiber products, when burning, melt while burning slowly, the flame is white, bright and powerful, with a little black smoke, with a fishy smell, and the ash is white spherical, brittle and easily broken. Nylon products, when melting and burning slowly, there is a little white smoke when burning, the flame is small and blue, with the flavor of celery, and the ash is light brown and hard blocks, not easy to crush.
