About Receiving Goods
Reminder to all dear customers: please open the package in the presence of the courier to check if the goods are damaged or missing before signing for receipt. If there are any issues (meaning the goods are intact and the quantity is correct), please refuse to sign and contact us immediately. If you want to have your colleague or the gatekeeper sign for you, please make sure to communicate this in advance. Once the receipt is signed, it represents that you have accepted the goods, and it will be impossible to claim compensation from the courier company for any problems that arise later. We are not responsible for any such issues! Please remember this!
After the buyer makes an order, we will ship the product within 1-2 days. Buyers who are cautious should be careful when making an order.
After the order is paid, if the buyer requests a refund after we have shipped the goods, it will be considered a malicious breach of contract. The buyer will be responsible for the courier fees, picking, sorting, and packaging fees: the packaging fee is 3 yuan per order, the picking fee and the sorting fee after return are automatically set to 10% of the order's total amount.
Quality Commitment: If you encounter any quality issues or quantity discrepancies with your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide visual evidence. Any complaints after 24 hours will be deemed as acceptance of the product condition. We will not accept such complaints. For goods without quality issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before placing an order, you need to contact customer service, and the shipping fee may need to be modified depending on the different regions.
￥: The courier company currently supports YTO Express, and other courier services may cost more. Please communicate with the customer service. For places that cannot be reached, the post office or EMS is used. Large packages are sent through logistics. At the moment, there is no specific logistics company. We will try to find a logistics company that is relatively close to the customer's address. Shipping by logistics requires the customer to pick up the goods themselves. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, you need to negotiate with the logistics company yourself and bear the costs.
