About color cards/customization

All products have a color number setting, not all products are in stock. Please note when ordering (Customers can also provide their own colors and let our factory arrange custom dyeing for you. Please specify that you want eco-friendly dyeing in advance, as it will incur an additional charge of 2 points.) If you like the color and need it, please contact our customer service to find out more details.

Our factory has a large stock of black and white goods for immediate supply. If you need colored goods, please contact our customer service in advance to inquire about the availability. Our factory can provide sample clothes and color samples according to customer requirements, or you can report the CU color card number to arrange for the factory to produce large quantities. The large quantities produced according to the color card may have slight color differences, which do not belong to quality or dyeing problems. The final product is the standard, if you are unclear, please consult the customer service before purchasing.

About after-sales service

We will provide complete after-sales service, such as if a quality problem is found in a package upon receipt of the goods.It is not caused by human factors.Will give a refund or exchange for quality issues.

About shipping

Stock on hand can be shipped the same day before 16:00 if payment is successful. During peak hours, the warehouse will arrange shipping within 48-72 hours. For custom-made products, we will ship them out about 6 days after payment. For orders under 5 kilograms, we recommend using express delivery (default is Yousu, Yuntong, and YunDa).Orders over 10 kilograms, (customers outside Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai), we suggest shipping by logistics to save on expenses.
