About ShippingAfter the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day. (Excluding weekends.) If there is a stockout, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated picking staff who checks the shipping documents and the goods. 03 Express LogisticsWe default to express delivery. If you need other express delivery, please contact the online customer service. If the express delivery does not arrive or if you urgently need the goods, please contact the customer service to change to the Shenfeng and Post Express. For large consignments, please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the consignment station so that you can pick up the goods in a shorter time and closer location. We solemnly declare that we cannot control the express delivery and logistics, please do not use the satisfaction of the delivery and logistics service attitude and the time of arrival as the basis for our evaluation.

04 About ReceivingPlease ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

05 About After-sales ServiceIf there are any quality problems within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a reply for returns and exchanges. After this period, we will no longer accept any requests. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are dissatisfied with it for any subjective reasons, such as not being as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product they have purchased.
