1. The prices displayed online are for small quantities at retail prices. For customers who need larger quantities or long-term supplies, please contact our customer service for preferential prices, thank you!

2. All the series of jewelry in our factory are simulated jewelry with medium to high quality. The inventory data may change, so please contact the customer service before ordering. If you need to have them custom-made, we can tailor them according to your requirements. For details, please contact the customer service or call us for a detailed discussion.

3. All goods in our store are photographed under natural light. Due to the impact of lighting, camera pixel resolution, and display screen color resolution, there may be slight color differences. Please confirm the color and style with our customer service when making a purchase. The goods are based on our store's actual goods.

The size of the pendant and the length of the chain are all measured by hand, with a slight error of 0.5-1mm for the pendant and 1-2cm for the chain.

5. All goods in our store are carefully inspected before shipment. If there are minor flaws, we will inform you in advance. However, it is inevitable for minor glue stains or traces that do not affect the wearing of jewelry. Customers with high standards should consider carefully before making a purchase.

6. When the buyer signs for the courier, please open and inspect the goods in person. If the goods are incorrect or damaged, please refuse to accept. It is best to sign for the goods personally, and if someone else signs for you, please ensure that the person who signs for you checks carefully before doing so. Once the goods are signed for, we consider that the jewelry has no quality issues. If the buyer later claims that the goods are incorrect or damaged, we will not assume the responsibility for returning or refunding the purchase.

7. Our store supports online payments, Alipay payments, and bank transfers.

 If your inquiry is not responded in time, it may be because the customer is temporarily away or there is a system error. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

About after-sales service

Before the buyer signs for the goods upon receipt, if they find the goods are not as described or are damaged, we will send a replacement for the damaged jewelry, and we will bear the shipping costs ourselves. 

About shipping

 We promise to ship within 15 days. If the inventory is insufficient, the shipping time will be extended to 25 days.
