【Product Performance】:

1. Impact absorption performance: After low-temperature and high-temperature spray water pretreatment, a 5Kg steel ball is dropped from a height of 1 meter, and the force transmitted to the top of the head does not exceed 4900N.

2. Resistance to piercing: able to withstand a 3Kg steel cone (angle of 60°) falling from a height of 1 meter, with the steel cone not touching the head transversely.

3. Flame Retardancy: The cap shell meets the flame retardancy standards specified by GB2812-89. After removing the flame, the burning time does not exceed 5 seconds within 1 second.

4. Electrical Insulation Performance: The AC 1200V high-voltage test, the leakage current does not exceed 1.2mA within 1 minute.

5. Lateral rigidity: The test is conducted in accordance with the national GB2812-89 standards. The maximum deformation of the cap shell shall not exceed 40mm, and the residual deformation shall not exceed 15mm.

6. Anti-static Performance: The test is conducted according to the national standard GB2812-89, and the actual measured surface resistance value does not exceed 1×109Ω.

7. Temperature resistance: Unchanged at -50℃ to +100℃.
