Usage Tips
There are several malfunctions during use. Many of these malfunctions are caused by user actions, which can be avoided. For example, if a few sand particles mix into the butter, and you use a pointed oil nozzle, you will surely be so angry that you might throw away the oil gun to get rid of it. This is definitely not beneficial for the equipment either. However, in most cases, these issues are actually due to the user’s own behavior. Therefore, it is essential to keep the butter clean; do not use dirty tools to fill it with oil, and ensure the container for storing oil is properly covered.
Major Failure
First, the skin bowl is not good; this is a common issue with almost all domestic oil guns. However, it’s not surprising. The structure of an oil gun is quite complex compared to ordinary tools. Selling it for just a dozen or so yuan is about as much as it can get.
Secondly, the oil pressure mechanism is not working well. However, if the spring and the check valve ball are in good condition, it probably cannot be repaired either.
Response Measures
1. If there is a hard lever, you can pull it several times so that the air inside can be...GreaseMix it together; reducing the size of individual bubbles might solve the issue, but the effect isn’t always good.
2. The most effective method is the venting technique, but it requires hardware support. Some gun bodies are designed with exhaust ports, and when you slowly open the exhaust screws, the air inside will escape.
3. The last one is a final technique that works consistently and yields success repeatedly. When you feel there is gas preventing the shot, simply rotate the thread connection between the oil gun body and the pump body a few times or back and forth (it’s best to press while rotating), and you will succeed. The principle is simple: as you rotate, the gas bubbles also move to another position, and the original area is filled with lubricating oil, thus resolving the issue.
