Product Introduction:

Electrohydraulic Density Meter (formerly known as Electrohydraulic Specific Gravity Meter) is an instrument used to measure the density of the electrolyte in batteries. It is equipped with a 30mm diameter tube.

A glass cylinder about 300mm in length is made, with a rubber mouth at the bottom and an elastic ball at the top. Inside the glass cylinder, there is a float with a scale indicating the density from 1.10 to 1.50g/mL engraved on it.

Usage Method

First, remove the cap from the additive hole on the battery, then place the lower end of the density gauge into the battery, squeeze the rubber ball at the top of the density gauge, and slowly relax the rubber ball to suck the electrolyte into the glass tube, allowing the float to rise. You can read the reading by the position of the float's ascent, and ensure that your line of sight is level with the liquid surface.
