1.Q:Do you accept custom orders?

A:Yes, we have our own factory, customized products are ok.

2.Q:Can you print the customer's logo or company name?

A:Yes, we can print your logo or company name on the bag. We will use either screen printing or heat transfer printing method, and we will choose the best one according to your design.

3.Q:Can you design for us?

A:Yes, we have professional designers. Please tell us your requirements, and we will do it for you.

4.Q:Is it possible to get a free sample?

A:Yes, we provide free stock samples, but we do not cover shipping costs. We can also provide customized samples for you, and the specific price will be confirmed based on the sample's craftsmanship. If we have further cooperation in the future, the sample fee will be returned.

5.Q:What is your minimum order quantity?

A:Usually 2000 pieces. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies with different materials, sizes, and workmanship.

A:If your information is detailed, quotation will be offered within 8 hours (Working days). In order to receive our quotation as soon as possible, please give us the following information:

7. Q: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?

A:Most of our products are customized according to customer’s demand, but we still have some stocking products.

8.Q:What is your delivery time?

A:Usually 25-40 days. For different products and quantities, delivery time will be different.

9.Q:What is the payment term?

  A:For small order, 100% T/T before production.

     For big order, 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment against Copy of B/L.

10.Q:Can you accept small orders?

  A:Yes, but the price will be a little higher.

11.Q:Can you please customize the packing?

  A:Yes, we can provide customized packaging: display boxes, individual OPP boxes, etc.

  But the price will change.

12.Q:What are the trade terms?

  A:FOB and EXW is acceptable.
