1. Ordering Rules:

1. Our prices are actual wholesale prices, and we support mixed batch orders with no quantity limit. As long as you can place an order, we will ship it immediately. After clicking "Confirm Order," the system will automatically calculate the courier fee, and you will also be able to see the specific charging standards of the courier company.

2. Yiwu small commodities, you get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by the art design team. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.

3. For products with color options, we will ship according to the order. If there is no color option, the shipment will be random, which is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the "Leave a Message for Seller" feature to note any special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, and so on.

Section Two: About Shipping

All express deliveries are collected uniformly at 6 PM. For orders placed before 4 PM, we will try to send them out on the same day. If you need to send by logistics, please make the order on the same day and it will be shipped the next day. In normal circumstances, we will send out within 24-48 hours. Our cooperating express companies are Huitong Express and Shenton Express. If you need to send by other express companies, please contact our customer service.

Section Three: Logistics

We default to sending by Kuangtong Express (supporting the Express services of Shentong), and for large items, logistics can be used. If you need a specific logistics or courier service, please contact our customer service! Logistics requires self-collection, and the fees of various logistics companies vary. We cannot estimate accurately, so we do not provide any estimates and will not bear any costs in logistics. We strongly recommend that customers find their own dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the recipient's location. Yiwu is a developed logistics center, and we hope that customers can provide as many logistics companies as possible to meet their satisfaction. We are not in the logistics industry, and we do not understand the hidden rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference, and we will not assume any "accidents" caused by logistics.

Section 4: About the Return and Exchange of Goods

1. Within 15 days after receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if there are unsold goods, we will give you a refund. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the goods, and please fill out the after-sales service form. Also, please include a detailed list of the returned goods to facilitate tracking and timely processing of your return.

2. Returned goods must have intact packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box) to ensure that the packaging has not been opened, has not been used, and does not affect resale (otherwise, we will not exchange or refund).

3. For customer's specific color or style requests, we will try our best to meet them, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not bear the shipping costs.

4. Due to the long time for return and exchange provided by us, we regret that we are unable to offer a return or exchange for products that have been discontinued by our company.

5. In the event of a return due to quality issues, our company will refund the purchase at an 80% discount. If our company receives goods with severe damage, we will provide product images to the customer. The degree of use of the received product will be determined, and the after-sales service will negotiate with you to handle the situation. The payment will be returned to you through Alipay or added to your prepaid balance.

Due to the freight differences for regions including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, if a customer needs to return or exchange an item, please contact our after-sales customer service first for assistance. Both parties can then negotiate a solution.

Five, about evaluation
