1. Product Overview:
Butyl waterproof tape is made of butylrubberA self-adhesive waterproof sealing tape that does not cure over time, made from primary raw materials combined with other additives through advanced manufacturing processes. It has strong adhesion to various surface materials and also features excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and waterproofing properties. It serves to seal, absorb shock, and protect the surface of the material being adhered. The product contains no solvents, so it does not shrink or emit toxic gases. Due to its non-curing nature, it follows the thermal expansion and contraction, as well as mechanical deformation, of the surface being adhered, making it an extremely advanced waterproof sealing material.
2. Purpose:
1) Sealing at the joints between colored steel plates and lighting panels on the steel roof, as well as at the connections of water drainage gutters.
2) Sealing and waterproofing of doors, windows, concrete roofs, and ventilation ducts.
3) Installation of PC boards and reinforced concrete panels.
4) Adhesion of waterproof film for car doors and windows, sealing, and shock resistance.
5) Single-sided tape can also be used for repairing leaks in areas such as roofs and car bodies.

Options include single-sided non-woven fabric, single-sided aluminum foil NBR waterproof tape, double-sided NBR waterproof tape, and double-sided NBR with PE mesh waterproof tape.

7. Precautions:
1) Before use, remove any dirt such as water, oil, or dust from the surface of the adhesive material.
2) The tape should be stored in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and rain.
3) The product is self-adhesive material, and a single application can achieve the desired waterproofing effect.
