Description:

2. Working principle:

The measurement site is blocked by an air-filled compression of the arm band, and then the gas in the arm band is discharged to make the blood flow again. Blood pressure measurements are based on changes in the sound of blood flow or the vibrations in the arm of the blood vessel when the blood is flowing again.

6. Product features:
    A sphygmomanometer is a diagnostic instrument for measuring human blood pressure. 7. Precautions for blood pressure measurement
    Blood pressure should be measured in silence. Because blood pressure changes throughout the day, people should choose to take measurements at the same time each day. Participants should be relaxed and quiet, preferably without conversation or activity. Wear loose clothing.
8. Measurement method:
    8.1. Before the operation of the blood pressure gauge, the blood pressure gauge which can be normally used is usually in the \"0\" position, and can react flexibly after pressure, and still return to the \"0\" position.
    8.2. Subjects are asked to sit at the table and place their left arm on the table in a comfortable position.
    8.3. Adjust the arm to the same height as the heart.
    8.4. Keep the arm band flat, with the middle of the air band facing the brachial artery, and the lower edge of the arm band reaching 2 to 3 cm above the elbow socket.
    8.5. Insert the head of the stethoscope into the brachial artery at the elbow.
    8.6. Use the latex ball to slowly pump air into the arm band, and pay attention to the monitoring. When the brachial pulse disappears, the pressure will be raised by 2.5kpa-4kpa (20mmhg-30mmhg).
    8.7. After pressure stops, air in the arm band is slowly released at a speed of 0.3kpa-0.6kpa (2mmhg-4mmhg) per second, causing the blood pressure gauge pointer to gradually decline.
    8.8. The pressure value shown by the needle when the first pulsating sound is heard through the stethoscope during the descent process is the systolic pressure.
    8.9. When the pulsating sound is gradually enhanced to a murmur, the tone will suddenly become dull and gradually disappear. When the sound is not heard, it is diastolic pressure.
