Anaerobic adhesive is a single component, high viscosity, high strength thread lock sealant. The product is solidified between two closely matched metal surfaces and is isolated from air to avoid loosening and leakage of thread fastening. With heat resistant, high voltage, low temperature resistant, resistant to drugs, shock absorption, anti-corrosion performance characteristics, such as room temperature curing speed, high strength, energy saving, small shrinkage rate, good sealing, no curing the glue line, easy to remove.

Permanent locking and sealing of screw fasteners under M36 to prevent thread corrosion. Typical use: double-head screw into end lock (such as cylinder head double-head bolt).

Instructions:

1. Clean the surface of the adhesive, keep clean, dry and free of oil stains; 2. Apply enough glue to the bolts to fill all the meshing threads, and the thin rubber layer below 0.05mm works best; 3. For extra-large size threads, the clearance will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product can reduce the friction caused by the assembly (high torque tension). To tighten threads to critical applications, this ratio needs to be determined first.

1. This product contains acrylic acid grease, which slightly irritates the skin and eyes; 2. During operation, if the skin or eyes are touched, rinse immediately with water or seek medical advice; 3. In order to avoid contaminating the glue, please do not pour the glue that has been poured back into the original packaging; 4. Keep ventilation in the workplace to avoid children's contact; 5. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from high temperature; 6. When users use it in batches, please do the test first. Avoid the effect of improper operation.
