About the minimum order quantity for our products: 90% of our products are supported by small-quantity wholesale. Some backpacks and gift boxes can even be ordered individually. However, due to different business models and operating methods, some styles of our products are only available in full-box quantities. For these products, we cannot change the quantity. Regarding the issue of product color and pattern when shipping: Dear customer, for products like backpacks and gift boxes (with fewer patterns and colors, fewer categories), we support color selection. 2. Shipping by logistics is calculated based on the number of items and volume. If there are many goods, the shopkeeper strongly recommends using logistics because logistics charges based on the number of items or volume of the goods. Generally, shipping by logistics is very cost-effective when the goods reach 2 boxes or more.

III. Regarding stockouts, returns, and exchanges after receiving the goods:

1. Out of stock. When the warehouse receives your order and actively prepares the goods for you, if there are any styles that are out of stock, we will immediately inform the customer service who is serving you. The customer will contact you in real time. Whether it's replacing the out-of-stock styles with other similar goods, or not shipping and waiting to make a refund later, our customer service will contact you by phone in real time. Only after your consent, will we dare to make the next step arrangements.

2. Returns and exchanges. If the problem is with the product itself, we will bear the cost of returns and exchanges. However, after the seller receives the goods, they should first inspect the goods and then sign the return slip for the courier company. If any quality problems are found during the inspection, the goods should be rejected immediately and contact the shopkeeper. Why reject the goods? If the goods are rejected after inspection, there will be no delivery fee for returning them. If the goods are signed and then returned, the return shipping fee will be incurred.
