Color Difference Explanation: Due to differences in background lighting and the color reproduction of computer monitors, color differences and colors of the goods may vary, which are beyond our control and are not considered quality issues. The goods are subject to actual items. Most of them are handcrafted, and if you are very sensitive to color differences and minor imperfections, please carefully consider before making a decision to order.

About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Essentially, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day. (Excluding weekends.) In the event of stock shortages, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will sign the shipping document and then pack the goods together and send them out.

Express Logistics: Our default express delivery is ZTO Express. If you need other express delivery services, please contact our online customer service. If the express delivery does not arrive or if you need the goods urgently, please contact the customer service to change to SF Express and China Post. For large consignments, please inform the customer service of the latest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. This will help you pick up the goods in the shortest time and the nearest location. Please note, express delivery and logistics are beyond our control, and please do not use the service attitude and arrival time of express delivery and logistics as the basis for our evaluation.

04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.

After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are dissatisfied or feel that it is not as good as they imagined, these subjective reasons are not acceptable for returns or exchanges. However, if there are any objective quality issues such as rust or peeling of the paint, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
