Please contact us if you have any quality problem or lack of delivery. We will solve the problem immediately and give you a satisfactory reply.

1. Within 7 days after receiving the goods (subject to the date of waybill signing), please contact us in time if any product with functional failure or quality problems is found; If it fails to accept within the time limit, the false report shall not be accepted upon verification;

2. Considering that it is impossible for the customer to check all products one by one after receiving the goods, we allow the quality problem to be found within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we can change the goods or return the goods to you.

3. We will try our best to meet the customer's specification of product color or style, but not necessarily 100%. If the color and style do not meet, the goods will not be returned or replaced. (the customer may indicate that the goods cannot be allocated as required, and the goods can be taken out of stock.)

4. If the buyer is dissatisfied or unable to sell the product, there is no quality problem, we will not return or replace the product;

5. The customer needs to open the box for inspection when receiving the goods, no matter whether the outer packing box is damaged or not. If any product is damaged due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate stamped with the official seal, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer to make a claim; If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be responsible.

6. All customers should protect the integrity of product packaging, accessories or relevant information. If the product itself has quality problems, we will replace the product within the specified time. (the customer shall bear the freight for the exchange of goods separately. It is suggested to replace the goods in the next order.)

7. If the package of returned products is incomplete, parts or relevant materials are not complete; Repair or refit without authorization; Failure to use or store in the normal way; Exceeding the warranty period; The returned products are labeled and fake. We will not accept the return or replacement.

8. When the customer returns the product with quality problems, please return the product to our company by ordinary express. The customer pays the freight in advance. Thank you for your cooperation, communication from the heart start!
