Working principle and application:
Precision filter is also called security filter. Question 1: is the precision filter suitable for underground water?
Answer: the filter element used in the precision filter is PP cotton dissolving spray filter element, the filtering accuracy is about 1-5 micron, belongs to the high precision filter. Direct use of groundwater is generally not recommended. Mainly because the groundwater sediment is large, turbidity is high, if the direct use of precision filters, will soon block the filter element.
If the groundwater wants to use precision filter, please use quartz sand filter - precision filter such a filtration process to treat groundwater.

Question 2: can the TDS value of the water treated by the precision filter decrease to reduce scale?
The precision of the precision filter is 1-5 micron, the main function is to remove sediment and other particles impurities in the water, reduce the turbidity of the water. The TDS value is the sum of inorganic salts in water, which exist in the state of ions and cannot be removed by precision filters. Therefore, the TDS value of the water quality before and after the treatment of the precision filter remains unchanged.

Question 3: what is the pressure drop of the precision filter?
Answer: the initial pressure drop of the precision filter is 0, that is, how much water pressure into the precision filter or how much water pressure through the precision filter. With the use of water, a large amount of impurities are trapped in the filter element of the precision filter. Pressure drop began to increase, generally to 1.5 kg when the filter element must be replaced, otherwise PP cotton filter element in the strong pressure difference may be compressed by water, resulting in sediment impurities flow through the precision filter. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the filter element in time.

Question 4: when will the PP cotton filter element be replaced? What is the total amount of water that a PP cotton filter element filters?

Answer: under the condition of turbidity of tap water, the total amount of water filtered by PP cotton filter element of precision filter is 20-25 tons/piece for one 10-inch PP cotton filter element. And so on.
