Order instructions:

Step 1: quotation consultation

Step 2: proofing

For proofing and mailing samples, we need to pay the cost and labor fee. We will make up the payment when placing an order according to the order situation. For customers who place an order directly, we will provide free pre-production samples, we also welcome you to visit our company for on-the-spot investigation.

Step 3: confirm the order

If the contract amount or order amount is within 10000 yuan, 50% of the total purchase price shall be paid as the deposit. If the purchase price exceeds 10000, 30% of the purchase price shall be paid as the deposit for the production of products, we provide online banking transfer payment and Alipay payment. After receiving the deposit, we will produce samples confirmed by photos, your order and the company logo text processing content provided by you in a fast time.

Step 4: arrange production

In order to ensure correct production and avoid unnecessary economic losses, we will provide pre-production samples before mass production of products, after receiving your confirmation, mass production will be carried out in batches (except for special products)

Step 5: after all products are produced, we will contact you for confirmation, take photos for confirmation or come to the factory for inspection. After the buyer clears the balance, the warehouse will arrange delivery.

About after-sales:

Thank you for your support. If the goods received are damaged or have quality problems, please contact us in time and send them back to our factory for repair. The manufacturer and the customer shall bear half of the freight for repair.
