Order Instructions:

Step 1: Quotation Inquiry

We will contact the sales representative to inquire about the pricing for the product you need, and confirm the material, manufacturing requirements, specifications, quantity, and pickup location of the products you plan to purchase.

Step 2: Sample Production

For sampling and shipping samples, cost and labor fees must be paid. We will credit these costs toward the payment when placing orders. For customers who place orders directly, we provide free pre-production samples. We also welcome you to visit our company for a site inspection.

Step 3: Confirm the order

After the order is confirmed, if the contract amount or order amount is within 10,000 yuan, 50% of the total payment must be paid as a deposit. For amounts exceeding 10,000 yuan, 30% of the payment must be paid as a deposit for the production of the product. We offer online bank transfer and Alipay payments. After receiving the deposit, we will produce a sample promptly based on your order, the company logo you provide, the text, and the details of the product design.

Step 4: Arrange production

To ensure accurate production and avoid unnecessary economic losses, we will provide a pre-production sample before mass production begins. Mass production will be arranged only after your confirmation (except for special products).

Step 5: After the production of all products is completed, we will contact you for confirmation. We may take photos for your verification or visit the factory for inspection. Once the buyer settles the remaining balance, the warehouse will arrange the shipment.

Regarding after-sales service:

Thank you for your support. If the item arrives damaged or has quality issues, please contact us immediately. Return it to our factory for repair, with half of the return shipping cost borne by both the manufacturer and the customer.
