订货须知：

Step 1: Quote Consultation

通过跟业务员联系咨询您需要的产品报价，确认您准备采购产品的材质 制作要求 规格和数量以及提货地点

Step 2: Prototype

打样及邮寄样品，需支付成本费和人工费，我们会根据订单情况在下单时充抵货款，直接下单的客户，我们提供免费的产前样，我们更欢迎您前来公司进行实地考察

Step 3: Confirm the Order

After the order is confirmed, the contract amount or order amount within 10,000 yuan needs to pay 50% of the total shipment as a deposit. For orders exceeding 10,000 yuan, 30% of the shipment needs to be paid as a deposit for the production of the product. We provide online banking transfer payment and Alipay payment. After receiving the deposit, we will produce the sample in accordance with your order and the company logo, text, and processing content confirmed by you within a quick time.

Step 4: Arrange Production

To ensure the correctness of production and to avoid unnecessary economic losses, we will provide pre-production samples before the mass production of products. After your confirmation, we will arrange for the mass production (except for special products).

Step 5: After all products have been produced, we will contact you to confirm, take photos for your confirmation or arrange an inspection at the factory. Once the buyer clears the balance, the warehouse will arrange the shipment.

About after-sales service:

Thank you for your support. If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately. We will send the goods back to our factory for repair. The return shipping cost will be shared equally by the manufacturer and the customer.
