Notes

Transparent transfer paper usage: When using transparent transfer paper, it is necessary to pay attention to several issues as follows:
1）Use hot transfer ink: Make sure to use hot transfer ink, and recommend using: Hot transfer transfer ink. Note that you must distinguish between ordinary ink and hot transfer ink. These are different. Hot transfer ink is resistant to light and does not change color at high temperatures. Even when heating, the color will not deviate.
2) The parameters of heat transfer paper are: temperature, time, pressure, etc.
a. Thermal transfer temperature, the general thermal transfer paper temperature is between 185-200 degrees. Many people hope to know an exact value, but it is necessary to remind you that unless you have a digital head thermal transfer machine, you need a similar thermal transfer temperature as indicated on the transfer paper. Generally, you need to adjust the thermal transfer temperature according to the actual situation of your thermal transfer machine. For general direct pressure thermal transfer machines, the temperature of light color transfer paper is 180 degrees, and the thermal transfer temperature of dark color transfer paper is between 140-160 degrees. The shaking head can be appropriately reduced or not reduced. The thermal transfer temperature of dark color transfer paper is generally between 140 and 160 degrees. As always, you need to experiment with your own thermal transfer machine in each parameter.
b. Heat transfer time: The heat transfer time refers to the time it takes for the heat transfer machine to press down, which is typically around 15 seconds for light-colored transfer paper and 6-10 seconds for dark colors. However, these are merely references. Many customers have said that their results seem to be less than those of others, which is likely because they have directly followed the data provided by the distributors. It is important to know that each heat transfer machine is different. Therefore, we should also adjust the heat transfer time according to the actual situation to achieve the best heat transfer effect.
c、Heat Transfer Pressure: For Guang Yin Tong's lighter colors, we recommend a heavier pressure. Please adjust the heat transfer machine pressure to a higher setting to achieve the best results. For darker paper, use a lighter to medium pressure. Again, as always, experiment with your heat transfer machine based on its specific conditions to achieve the best possible state.
