Detailed features of product performance:
1. Electrical insulation performance
(1) Volume resistivity: at least 10^3 ohms/cm. (ASTM D257);
(2) An insulating voltage of 10,000 volts per millimeter thickness can provide a safe insulating environment for the winding area; it meets the insulation requirements and can also be referred to as silicone high-voltage self-adhesive tape.
(3) The main component of this product contains Si; even after combustion to form SiO2, it still retains insulating properties;
(4) For certain special application scenarios, fully flame-retardant products are also available to provide a completely insulated and safe operating environment;
(5) It possesses excellent anti-corona, arc protection, and track prevention properties, ensuring a safe working environment.
2. Temperature resistance and aging resistance properties
(1) Temperature resistance range: -50℃ to +250℃

(2) Thermal stability at 180°C; under this temperature, the product can be safely used for over 10 years with excellent aging resistance.
(3) Under 200°C conditions, the long-term service life reaches 3000 hours;
3. Sealing and moisture-proof performance
(1) The main material is silicone rubber, which prevents moisture from penetrating through the silicone band, offering excellent moisture resistance and effective insulation.
(2) After being wrapped with tape, it is wrapped in a 1/2 overlap pattern. Within 24 hours at room temperature, it fuses together permanently. After wrapping, each layer fuses permanently into one layer, and this process is irreversible. It adheres tightly to the area it is wrapped around. Due to its good adhesion, it remains firmly attached even on irregularly curved surfaces without lifting, achieving a sealing function. It is also known as self-fusing silicone band.

8. Usage Instructions
(1) The stretching rate can reach 200%, and it should be used with 200% stretching during winding;
(2) It is appropriate to have half of the layers overlap during stretching and winding, and the last layer should naturally connect without additional binding.

Primary applications: Used for sealing the ends of transformers, coils, mechanical and electrical components, automotive wiring harnesses, and motor leads. It does not allow paint to penetrate, serves as insulation protection for rubber and plastic cable terminals and intermediate connections, and provides insulation sealing for communication cable joints. It can also seal leaks in water pipes. It is one of the few new types of insulating tape available in China.

Note: When this product is wrapped around an object, if heated to 180°C, the self-adhesive tape melts together, enhancing its stickiness and preventing it from falling off.
