How to use and maintain a tent?
There are many questions about tents, such as how they perform in terms of waterproofing, value for money, and where to find good deals. I saw some new camping friends talking about going camping yesterday, and I would like to discuss with everyone the correct way to use a tent.
Now, the more commonly used is the double-layer tent for two people (divided into the inner tent and the outer tent, with space between the inner and outer tents, which serves as a role of moisture isolation and insulation.). The tent is made of continuous integrated fabric sewn from synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester. Once zipped up, nothing can get in. Its base is waterproof. The tent is supported by a middle section with elastic bands, which can be pulled to fold the multi-section alloy aluminum or glass steel pipe. The tent poles for the double-person tent are generally divided into two groups.

A. Choosing the location to set up a tent - The support of the tent should be placed on a flat and dry ground (sand or soft land), preferably on a lawn. If there are stones or branches on the ground, it is best to remove them to avoid damaging the tent floor. A ground mat (ground pad) under the tent floor can also play a significant role in protecting the tent floor.
B. Tent Orientation - The tent exit should be away from the wind direction. If the terrain is slightly sloped, the tent exit should be located at the lower end, with the head facing up when sleeping.
Steps for setting up a tent - first lay down the ground sheet, then set up the inner tent, then the outer tent, drive the ground stakes, and pull the tent ropes (tent lines).
Spread the inner tent on the ground, take out the folded pole, straighten it section by section, connect it into a long pole, and insert it into the tent pole sleeve above. Common tents use a cross-stitch method. After both poles are inserted, insert the ends of each pole into the small holes at the corners of the tent, and then both people hold the movable ends simultaneously, push the pole in, and let the tent arch up until the head on this side can also be inserted into the small hole. After insertion, the shape of the tent is formed. Tie the cross of the pole with a rope, and then you can hold this giant (actually quite light) with one hand. Choose the direction of the door, and you can fix the tent to the ground.
When making an inner tent, first flatten and tie the corners of the diagonal, and then flatten and tie the other two corners in turn, which can maintain the flatness and smoothness of the inner tent.
The outer tent is covered on the taut inner tent, and all fixed points are tied tightly. One very important point is to pull and tighten the ropes to ensure that the inner and outer tents are separated. If they stick together, the insulation and rainproof performance will be poor, and the condensation of water vapor caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the tent will easily enter the inner tent. Taut tent ropes can also resist the wind.
Open the outer account, cover it on the inner account, and pay attention to the fact that the doors of the inner and outer accounts should open in the same direction. The four corners are hung on the four corners of the inner account (there is a place to hang near the position of the account rod), and some also nail the four corners of the outer account with nails near the four corners of the inner account.
D. Tent pegs for internal accounts - the order for tying tent pegs should be to first secure one corner, then to the diagonal corner to flatten the tent, and then to pin it down. Next, flatten and pin down the other two corners in turn, so that the entire interior of the tent will be relatively flat and stable.
