About after-sales service
1. Goods damaged due to human factors (such as unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, etc.), incomplete packaging, and goods that have been processed more than once are not eligible for returns.
2. Since the factory may change the product packaging according to production conditions, the packaging and the images on the website or the goods you previously purchased may be different, which does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason.
3. About returns and exchanges: Please contact our sales customer service to confirm before making a return or exchange. If you return without customer service's permission, we will refuse to accept the return. Our sales customer service will handle matters related to returns and exchanges, and only accept them if they meet the standards for returns and exchanges. After the warehouse receives the return request, it will search for the express delivery order. If the information is unclear, the return will be rejected. Please carefully check the quantity of returns and carefully fill out the return documents.
4. If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of our products, they must communicate with our sales customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to negotiate and handle returns and exchanges. If the situation is not reported after 7 days of receiving the goods, we will have the right to refuse to accept returns and exchanges as well as complaints! Thank you!
5. If the product is indeed a quality issue, it must be photographed and sent to customer service immediately upon receipt. After verification, contact customer service to negotiate how to handle it. We do not accept unilateral applications for refunds without prior agreement.
6. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
7. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
8. Orders for bulk goods that have already confirmed samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
