About after-sales
1. Goods damaged due to human factors (such as unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accident, modification, incorrect installation, etc.), goods with incomplete packaging, and goods with secondary processing shall not be returned.
2. As the factory may change the product packaging according to the production situation, the external packaging is different from the pictures on the website or the goods you purchased before, which is not a quality problem. We do not accept the return for this reason.
3. About return and exchange: please contact our sales customer service for confirmation before returning the goods. Our company will refuse to accept the goods without the permission of customer service. Sales customer service reception related to the return and exchange of goods, in compliance with the return and exchange standards before accepting. Upon receipt of the return request, the warehouse will look up according to the express waybill, and reject the goods if they are not filled in. Please carefully check the quantity of returned goods and carefully fill in the return documents.
4. If the buyer does not accept the product quality of our factory, he must negotiate and communicate with our sales customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the response time exceeds 7 days after receiving the goods, we will have the right not to receive the return and replacement goods and complaints! Thank you very much!
5. The goods with quality problems shall be taken photos and sent to the customer service immediately after receiving the goods, and the customer service staff shall be consulted after checking the authenticity, and the refund application shall not be accepted.
6. When receiving the goods, the customer needs to open the box to check whether the outer packing box is damaged or not. If there is any quality problem such as product damage due to transportation problem, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue the certificate with fresh seal and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer to make the claim.
7. Dissatisfaction and dissimilarity are the reasons. In fact, there is no quality problem for the return.
8. The orders of the oversized goods have been confirmed by the samples, and the bulk goods will not be returned or replaced.
