 Customization InstructionsDue to the advertising pens being custom-made items, please contact our sales personnel before placing an order. The actual transaction price will be determined based on the style and the printing content of the pens. Since the custom-made products cannot be refunded without a reason once the order is placed. 

  After your payment is successful, please provide the documents to be printed, and our professional design team will free layout and design according to the printing content you provide. We will send you the 1:1 effect diagram for your confirmation. After confirming that there are no mistakes, we will start production. Because advertising pens are custom-made for different customers, once they are printed, they cannot be resold, so please carefully proofread the printed draft before finalizing the design, and confirm only after there are no changes needed. Once production begins, it is impossible to change the printing content, and we do not accept any return or exchange requests due to this.

Due to custom products, once the order is placed, there will be no refund without a reason. 

 【Sample Time】Time is generally3-5 days, proofing fee of 300 yuan (includes plate-making fee). Export quality printing, if the quantity is large, the fee can be applied to the payment after confirming the order.

【Delivery Time】Custom products usually require printing.8-15 days, depending on the specific quantity, if your need is urgent, we can make some adjustments, rush production, and make early delivery for you according to the actual situation.

【Transportation and Freight Charges】Due to the different distances from various parts of the country, the shipping fees to each place are different, and the product prices do not include shipping fees. For small quantities of goods in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, you can choose to send by courier, which is roughly the same in price and logistics, and it is very convenient to have the goods delivered to your door. For large quantities of goods or to other regions, general logistics is used, which will save a lot of shipping fees. The logistics shipping fee is paid by the customer when they pick up the goods. The actual cost is subject to the price of the logistics company. We will choose a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping fees. The arrival time will depend on the distance and proximity.3-7 days.

Logistics or courier companies are third-party carriers, and there may be cases of missing or damaged goods during transportation. Please inspect the goods when receiving them (check if the packaging is damaged and the quantity is correct) before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged or the quantity is short, please refuse to sign!
