Usage Method:

Cold Compress: Place the cold pack in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use.

Heat Compress: Place the cold/hot compress in the microwave (medium heat), and heat it for 100 seconds each time. If you need to use it repeatedly, heat it for 60 seconds the second time.

Notes:

Cold and hot bags are only for external use. If the contents come into contact with the eyes or skin, they should be thoroughly cleaned with clean water.
