About shipping:After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day (excluding Sundays). In the event of stockouts, we will contact you by phone, QQ, or WeChat. When shipping, there are dedicated packing personnel who check the shipping documents and the goods together before packing and sending them.
Express logistics:Our default shipping method is either ZTO Express or SF Express. If you require another shipping method, please contact our online customer service. If you need urgent delivery of goods that cannot be delivered by the current shipping method, please contact the customer service. For general goods, please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station so that you can pick up the goods at the nearest location in the shortest time. About the receipt signing:Please ensure that the person himself signs for the delivery upon arrival. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's own signature. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify with the delivery personnel in time to claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.
About after-sales service:Please contact us within three days from the date of receipt if there are any quality problems. We will respond to your return or exchange request. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with it for any subjective reasons, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product. However, if there are any objective quality issues such as rust, peeling, or damage, we will provide a refund or exchange.
