PVC glue is suitable for PVC pipes of less than 300mm diameter or PVC sheets of medium area.

It is applied in the fields of drinking water, water treatment equipment, industrial pipe, field, irrigation and ventilation system in civil and industrial PVC pipe system. 

1. Cut the pipe into the vertical plane and chamfer 10 to 15 degrees, remove the edge particles, clean and dry the surface to be glued.

2. Test the joint tightness of the pipe and fitting. Under normal circumstances, the pipe should be inserted smoothly into 1/3 to 2/3 of the pipe fitting to provide tightness.

3. Apply a thick and even layer of glue at the end of the pipe equal to the depth of the pipe socket, and a medium layer of glue inside the pipe fitting.

4. When applying glue to a single pipe, avoid applying glue beyond the depth of the socket or allowing the glue to flow into the socket.

When the glue is still wet, stick it immediately. If it is not wet enough, reapply the glue and stick it again. When bonding, push the tube firmly to the bottom of the fitting and rotate 1/8 to 1/4 turn as much as possible.

6. Two inches (below 50 mm) pipeline in more than 60 ° F (16 ° C) wait for 5 minutes before moving. Taped pipeline at least 60 minutes can be pressurized to 160 pounds per square inch (11.2 kg/cm2). If the pipe size more than 2 inches (50 mm)/higher pressure or temperature below 120 ° F (16 ° C) takes much longer drying time.
