Anaerobic adhesive is a single component, high viscosity, high strength thread lock sealant. The product solidifies between two closely matched metal surfaces and is insulated from air to avoid loosening and leakage of threaded fastening. It has the features of heat resistance, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, drug resistance, shock absorption and corrosion resistance, etc. The curing speed at room temperature is fast, high strength, energy saving, small shrinkage, good tightness, non-solidification of rubber seam, and easy to remove.

Used forM36Permanent locking and sealing of the following screw fasteners to prevent thread corrosion. Typical use: double - headed stud screw - in end locking (such as cylinder head bolt).

Instructions:

1Clean the surface of the adhesive and keep it clean, dry and free of oil stains;

3For threads of extra large size, the gap will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction generated by assembly (high torque tension). For applications where thread tightness to critical value is required, the ratio needs to be determined first.
