How does the Automatic Dimming Film (ADF) work?

Before welding: After wearing a welding mask, the welder can have a clear view, with both hands free to accurately position the welding point.

During welding: The automatic light-changing screen becomes dark in less than 1/1000 seconds to protect the eyes. Under various lighting conditions, the filter can quickly and reliably filter out various welding arcs, offering the most reliable switching function.

After welding: After the welding is completed, the automatically brightened lens will return to its illuminated state. The welder can immediately check the battery and prepare for the next welding operation.

Product Features:

A welding mask is a tool that protects workers' safety during welding and cutting operations. Its functions include:

1.Eye ProtectionDual filtering prevents harmful ultraviolet and infrared radiation from arc discharge, as well as eye damage caused by intense welding light, thereby eliminating photokeratitis.

2.Face Protection: Effectively prevents splashes and harmful substances from work activities from affecting the face, reducing the occurrence of skin burns.

3.Respiratory ProtectionAir flow guidance effectively reduces harmful gases and dust released during welding, which can cause damage to the body, and helps prevent pneumoconiosis as a occupational disease.
