8. When the customer returns the goods due to quality problems, please return the goods to our company by ordinary mail parcel. The customer pays the freight in advance. After receiving the goods, the company will add the freight and the actual cost of goods according to the post office list. If the customer directly returns the goods without communicating with the customer service, we will not accept it.
