The product solidifies between two closely matched metal surfaces and is insulated from air to avoid loosening and leakage of threaded fastening. It has the features of heat resistance, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, drug resistance, shock absorption and corrosion resistance, etc. The curing speed at room temperature is fast, high strength, energy saving, small shrinkage, good tightness, non-solidification of rubber seam, and easy to remove.

Permanent locking and sealing for fasteners with threads under M36 to prevent thread corrosion. Typical use: double - headed stud screw - in end locking (such as cylinder head bolt).
Instructions:
1. Clean the surface of the adhesive and keep it clean, dry and free of oil stains; 2. Coat the bolts with enough glue to fill all the meshing threads. This product works best on the thin rubber layer below 0.05mm. 3. For threads of extra large size, the gap will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction generated by assembly (high torque tension). For applications where thread tightness to critical value is required, the ratio needs to be determined first.
Matters needing attention:
1. This product contains acrylic acid, which has mild irritation on the skin and eyes; 2. If skin or eyes are touched during operation, flush with water or seek medical treatment immediately; 3. In order to avoid contaminating the original adhesive, please do not pour the spilled adhesive back into the original packaging; 4. Keep the workplace ventilated to avoid children's contact; 5. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from high temperature; 6. Please do the test before using in batches. Avoid the effect of adhesion due to improper operation.
